At Amora and Co, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions.

Returns

Timeframe: You can return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unwashed and in original contact with tags.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, undergarments, and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

How to Return or Exchange

Initiate a Return: Email us at admin@amoraandco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Ship Your Item: We will provide a return shipping label (a small return shipping fee may apply).

Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
